Partnership

You already do the work. This is the rest of it.

Avodas holds a family of companies that each do one thing properly. If you run a business that fits — or want to start one — you can operate under it rather than building the brand, the standards and the back office from nothing.

You keep the work and the customers. What you take on is the standard, and what you get is everything around the work that is not the work.

What you get

The part nobody tells you costs a year.

1

A brand that is already built

Name, identity, domain, site, email. Researched for conflicts and registered. Not a logo — a business somebody can look up and believe.

2

The software

The documentation platform, the property records, the client viewer. Built once and shared, so your customers get a tool no company your size would otherwise have.

3

Work that arrives from next door

A documented building tells somebody what needs doing. Introductions run between the companies here — disclosed to the customer in writing, every time.

4

Structure, before you need it

Entity, bookkeeping with class tracking from the first transaction, insurance written for both halves of the work. The things that are cheap now and expensive to retrofit.

What we ask

One standard, and it is not negotiable.

Everything else is a conversation. This part is the reason the family is worth joining, so it is the part that cannot bend.

Say which parts you know and which you assumed

Every record we produce marks what was measured against what was inferred, and who checked it. A company that blurs that line is not one of ours.

Disclose every interest, in writing

If you introduce a customer to another company here and are paid for it, they are told before they decide — not after.

Tell people when they do not need you

The quickest way to lose a place here is to sell work that was not necessary. It is also the quickest way to lose the customer, so we are not asking for a sacrifice.

A share goes out

Part of every project supports families in the Middle East and Africa. It is in the name and it is in the arrangement.

Honestly

What this is not.

It is not a franchise, and there is no fee to enquire. It is not a licence you buy and then run however you like — the standard above is the whole product, and a company that will not hold it makes the others worth less.

It is also early. Some of these companies are trading and some are a name, a site and an intention. We will tell you plainly which is which before you spend a minute on it.

Talk to us

Tell us what you already do.

What the work is, where you do it, and what is in your way. If there is no fit we will say so in the first conversation rather than the third.
