How documentation works
Twinstead and Twinsite follow four connected steps. The capture methods and final deliverables depend on the scope agreed for each property.
Agree which spaces and decisions matter. Gather on-site 360° imagery and photographs, add LiDAR when scoped, and collect the plans or records the owner can provide.
Organize rooms, visible systems and accessible equipment. Tag asset locations, legible nameplates and supplied documents without inventing missing details.
Link photographs, spatial locations and source records to the asset they describe. Keep measured, supplied and inferred information distinguishable.
Explore and share the prepared record or scoped digital twin for orientation and handoff. Unverified and concealed details remain clearly marked.
