Know the building you are responsible for.

We scan, document, and verify property — so owners and managers work from evidence instead of memory, and the next person who walks in already knows what the last one knew.

The problem

Everything known about a building walks out the door.

The manager who knew which breaker fed the back units takes it with them. The vendor who serviced the rooftop unit for nine years retires. The binder in the office is three owners out of date, and half of it was never true.

So the same questions get asked again and again, and every answer costs a site visit, a phone call, or a bill for work that may not have been needed.

We turn a building into a record — measured, photographed, documented, and organised — that stays behind when people move on.

What we do

Six ways we put your property on the record.

01

3D Modeling & LiDAR

Millimetre-honest scans of the space, delivered as a measurable 3D model. Three tiers, from a phone-based capture to full LiDAR with floor plans.

02

Documentation

Every asset identified, photographed, and catalogued — make, model, serial, location, condition — folded together with the manuals and invoices you already have.

03

Verification

An independent second opinion before you buy, before you spend, and after you are billed. We have no repair to sell you — that independence is the entire product.

04

Virtual Walkthroughs

A walkable tour of the property that anyone can open in a browser — for leasing, for insurance, for remote owners, for the vendor arriving tomorrow morning.

05

Property Management Support

Ongoing documentation for operators: turn-over records, condition reports, and a living file per property that grows instead of going stale.

Aerial & Drone

Roof, envelope and site capture from above — in development now, and arriving as an add-on to every tier. Ask us to keep you posted.

How it works

Three visits’ worth of certainty, in one.

We capture

We walk the property with scanning equipment and a camera, photographing every asset and nameplate. Most properties take a single visit.

We identify

Each asset is identified and catalogued, and whatever documents you already hold — manuals, permits, invoices, warranties — are folded in alongside them.

You keep it

You receive the model, the walkthrough, and the record — yours to keep, share with a vendor, hand to a buyer, or send to an adjuster.

Skepticism as a service

We work for you, not the trade.

Your roofer says it needs replacing. Your HVAC contractor says the unit is done. Before you spend forty thousand dollars — let someone look who has nothing to sell you.

How verification works

We do not perform the repairs we assess. There is no version of this where we find a problem and then quote you for fixing it, and that is deliberate — it is the only way an opinion is worth anything.

Before you buy. Independent condition documentation ahead of closing, so you negotiate from evidence rather than disclosure.

Before you spend. A documented second opinion on a big-ticket bid, with photographic evidence and a plain-English finding.

After you are billed. Before-and-after records on vendor work, so what you paid for is what actually happened.

Why we do this

Avodah means work.
It also means worship.

It is the same word in Hebrew, and it is the reason for our name. The ordinary work of documenting a building is not separate from what we believe — and a portion of every project we take on goes to support families in the Middle East and Africa.
