What we are

A team that documents homes and commercial buildings, connects visible assets to photographs and available records, and creates 3D models or walkthroughs when scoped. Handiwork takes on separately requested technology and practical work.

What we are not

We are not a licensed inspection or certification service. An illustration is not an as-built record; concealed systems stay unverified without plans or field evidence. We do not repair a problem an Avodas product documented or verified.

What you can count on

Three promises, on every product.

We never fix what we found.

If one of our products documents or verifies a problem, no part of Avodas does that repair: not Handiwork, and not anyone who pays us for the introduction. You get the finding, and you choose who fixes it.

The record is yours.

You are given the record. It keeps working whether or not you keep paying us, and you can share it with a vendor, a buyer or an adjuster.

A person answers.

Every request is read by a person, who replies, usually within a working day or two. Nothing on this site is a quote or a booking until we have talked.
