Every service on this site is something we figured out how to do. If you would rather do it yourself, we will sit down and tell you exactly how — the parts that worked, the parts that wasted a month, and what we would do differently.
Why this exists
We are not consultants who studied this. We are operators who built it, broke it, and rebuilt it, and still run it every week.
There is a real difference between someone who has read about reality capture and someone who has knelt on a warehouse floor at 6am wondering why the scanner keeps losing tracking. The second person can save you a fortnight in ten minutes.
So this is not a course and it is not a framework. It is access to the working notes — the equipment we chose and why, the software we wrote because nothing existed, the automations that replaced our own admin, and the AI workflows we actually use daily rather than the ones that demo well.
You are paying for the shortcut, which is the honest thing to sell.
The first call
Thirty minutes is a sales slot. An hour is a meeting nobody scheduled properly. Thirty-three is long enough to reach the real question and short enough that we both stay sharp — and the odd number tells you we actually thought about your afternoon.
Bring one specific problem. You will leave with an answer, or with an honest “here is who you should ask instead.” There is no deck, and nobody will follow up three times.

How it works
Free. One problem, one honest answer. If that is all you needed, that is a good outcome and we are glad to have helped.
Longer, scoped to a specific goal, and you leave with something usable — a decision made, a setup working, or a plan you can act on. Remote or in person. Billed by the hour.
Some people want a standing hour to bring problems to. Others want help through one project and then to be left alone. Both are fine; neither is a retainer you cannot leave.
Who this is not for
If your question is answered by an afternoon and a search engine, we will tell you that on the free call rather than selling you a session. If you need a licensed surveyor, an engineer, or an attorney, we will say so — we are none of those things and will not pretend otherwise.
And if what you actually want is for someone else to do the work, hire us for the work. Learning how to scan a building is a poor use of your week if scanning buildings is not your business.
If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is the answer you will get.
What it costs
The first 33 minutes are free and always will be. Beyond that it is hourly, and we will tell you the rate and a realistic number of hours before you commit to anything. If a session runs short because we solved it faster, you are billed for what we used.
Training a small team costs the same as training one person, so bring whoever should be in the room.
