Property documentation pricing and scoped quotes.
Most work is quoted per property, because no two are the same size or need the same detail. Tell us about yours and a person replies with a scope and a number, usually within a working day or two.
Starting points
What things usually cost.
- Twinstead Essentials — from $499 One-time, per home: a full photographic walkthrough, an asset inventory, and your documents organized. Most homes in a single visit.
- Twinstead 3D digital twin — quoted LiDAR capture, a measurable 3D model, a browser walkthrough and floor plans. Quoted after a look at the property.
- Twinsite — quoted Commercial and industrial buildings, quoted per site.
- Handiwork — quoted Networks, smart home devices and custom tools, priced per job once we know what it involves.
Re-captures are priced per visit, with no retainer. Travel outside the San Antonio area is quoted separately. We will always tell you which option you genuinely need, including when it is the cheapest one.

The square footage, and how many buildings or how much acreage there is.
How much detail
A photographic record and asset inventory, or a measurable 3D digital twin with floor plans.

A one-time record, or re-captures after renovations and turnovers so it stays true.
