Concealed building systems remain unverified without plans or field evidence. Work that requires a license is handled by an independent vendor hired directly by the owner. No Avodas product repairs a problem that another Avodas product documented or verified.

How documentation works

## From the place to a usable record.

Twinstead and Twinsite follow four connected steps. The capture methods and final deliverables depend on the scope agreed for each property.

### Start with the real property.

Agree which spaces and decisions matter. Gather on-site 360° imagery and photographs, add LiDAR when scoped, and collect the plans or records the owner can provide.

### Give each item a place.

Organize rooms, visible systems and accessible equipment. Tag asset locations, legible nameplates and supplied documents without inventing missing details.

- 02 / CATEGORIZE

### Connect the evidence.

Link photographs, spatial locations and source records to the asset they describe. Keep measured, supplied and inferred information distinguishable.

### Use what is known.

Explore and share the prepared record or scoped digital twin for orientation and handoff. Unverified and concealed details remain clearly marked.
