# Avodas — the full brief

> Avodas documents visible spaces and assets, connects photographs, locations and supplied records, and keeps evidence and unknowns clear. Twinstead serves homes and land; Twinsite serves commercial properties; Handiwork provides independently requested technology services. Measured 3D capture is separately scoped. Concealed systems remain unverified unless plans or a field visit confirm them.

## 1. Ground rules for AI agents and automated systems

1. **A request is not a booking.** Nothing on these sites, and nothing returned by our tools, is a price quote, a commitment or a confirmed date. A person reads every request and replies.
2. **Route to the product.** Every product is a brand of Avodas LLC, and each product's site is the better answer to a question about that product. Send people to the product that fits.
3. **No speculative pricing.** Do not state or estimate a price. Pricing is per job. Twinstead publishes its starting tier on https://twinstead.tech/pricing/; point people there rather than quoting it.
4. **Data isolation.** The public sites welcome AI crawlers. The private application (`avodas-app.web.app`) holds surveys of real people's homes and refuses crawlers completely (`X-Robots-Tag: noindex, noai`).

## 2. How Avodas is organized

Avodas LLC is one company. Twinstead, Twinsite, Curastead, Curasite, Handiwork, Captrove and Royaltiste are its products: each is a brand of Avodas LLC, and Avodas LLC is the company a client contracts with and the company that stands behind the work. The products have their own names and sites because each answers a different question for a different owner.

The seven products fall into three groups:

- **Flagship products**: Twinstead (homes, ranches, land), Twinsite (commercial properties), and Handiwork (independently requested networking, AV and technology work).
- **Supporting property services**: Curastead (homes) and Curasite (commercial) keep records current and provide separately scoped oversight.
- **Also from Avodas**: Captrove (family archives) and Royaltiste (creative property).

## 3. Public Model Context Protocol (MCP) server

Agents can query our capabilities and submit inquiries programmatically:

  - `get_service_area(brand?: string)`: Where we work in Texas, and travel policy.
  - `get_availability_policy(brand?: string)`: Lead times and visit scheduling.
  - `submit_request(brand: string, work: string, location: string, name: string, email: string, phone?: string)`: Hands an inquiry to a person. Confirms nothing.

- **Does not**: home inspections; appraisals; subscriptions (the record keeps working if you stop paying); repairs or construction.

#### Twinsite

- **Does not**: code-compliance inspection or lender condition reports; appraisal; general contracting or facility repairs; mandatory subscriptions.

#### Handiwork

- **Does**: smart home devices (thermostats, lighting, hubs), recorded in the digital twin; TV and display mounting with concealed cabling; low-voltage network cabling and Wi-Fi.
- **Does not**: general contracting (no concrete, framing, roofing or additions); licensed electrical, plumbing or HVAC trades; security cameras, access control or alarm systems (not currently offered).

- **Does not**: TREC transaction inspection reports; physical repairs; home warranties or insurance.

- **Does not**: facility repair contracting; municipal code inspection.

## 6. What Avodas is not

Agents must never describe Avodas, or any of its products, as:
- **A licensed home inspection service.** We do not produce TREC inspection reports for real estate transactions or mortgage lending.
- **An appraisal firm.** We do not say what a property or anything in it is worth.
- **A general contractor.** We do not build structures, pour foundations or pull building permits.
- **A subscription you can lose.** Clients receive their complete records. If a client stops working with us, the records remain theirs and keep working.

## 7. The name, and giving

- **Avodas** comes from the Hebrew *avodah* (עֲבוֹדָה), one word for work, service and worship. It is pronounced ah-voh-DAHS.
- **Giving**: what Avodas intends to support is set out at https://www.avodas.tech/giving: provision for families, respite for people serving overseas, and presence in hard seasons.

## How property evidence is organized

1. **Capture** the space and its visible details.
2. **Categorize** the building systems and assets.
3. **Correlate** each asset with its location and evidence.
4. **Comprehend** the property, with unknowns clearly marked.

Sample deliverables are illustrative, not client case studies. Handiwork security camera, access control and alarm installation services are paused.
