## A.V.O.D.A.S.

Six commitments, spelling the name. They are the order we make decisions in when a decision is genuinely hard, and every Avodas product works to them.

### Accountable

We own what we find and what we do. If we get something wrong, we say so and put it right, and we will tell you plainly when you do not need us.

### Vision beyond the visible

We connect what is visible with available plans, equipment records and photographs. Where evidence is missing, we make the gap clear. Concealed systems stay unverified until plans or a field visit confirm them.

### Others first — the owner’s interest, always

We never fix what we found. If one of our products documents or verifies a problem, no part of Avodas does that repair, so our findings stay honest. If the true answer is that you do not need the work, that is the answer you get.

### Diligence in the details

A serial number read wrong is worse than one left blank. We photograph the nameplate, check the model against the manual, and tell you which parts of the record we measured and which we inferred.

### Abundance — what we earn, we share

A portion of every project supports families in the Middle East and Africa. Not the leftovers at the end of a good year: a share of the work itself, project by project.

The name

## The work of. The worship of. The service of.

Avodas (ah-voh-DAHS) is a property intelligence company in San Antonio, Texas , founded by Chris Martin.

The name comes from avodah (עבוֹדָה), one Hebrew word for work, worship and service. We took it as our name because we think ordinary work, done with care and integrity, is a way of serving people. A building scanned properly. A record kept honestly. A number quoted fairly to someone who could not tell the difference if we did otherwise.

A portion of every project we take on goes to support families in the Middle East and Africa.
